Cancellation Policy
All sessions with The Patient Advocate Network must be scheduled in advance through our official booking system. Appointments are provided virtually unless otherwise stated Available appointment times are based on current capacity and may change Same-day appointments are not guaranteed Rescheduling & Cancellations We understand that health and capacity can change unexpectedly. Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least [48] hours’ notice Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged in full Repeated late cancellations may result in limited or restricted booking access All changes must be made through the booking confirmation link. No-Show Policy Clients are responsible for: Maintaining a reliable internet connection Accessing the required virtual meeting platform Joining sessions on time Technical issues on the client’s end do not qualify for refunds or session extensions. A no-show occurs when a client: Does not attend the scheduled session Does not provide notice within the required cancellation window No-show appointments are non-refundable. All sessions are limited to the scheduled appointment time Communication outside of scheduled sessions follows our Communication Policy The Patient Advocate Network reserves the right to decline or discontinue bookings outside our scope of services By booking an appointment with The Patient Advocate Network, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Booking Policy.
